Finding Nighthawks diner

I've decided that I want to find the diner in Edward Hopper's Nighthawks and take a photo of it. Apparently it's in New York's Greenwich Village. Does anyone know where this place is if it still exists if it ever existed at all?

• go to top of the empire statebuilding


• see a movie with an american audience they cheer and clap all through it


• preferably something that inspires american ideals


• go to the nike store


• walk around the financial district (old world trade centre site)


• go to the daddys music... thats daddys music


• start a fight


• get hit by a taxi


• throw a weener


• watch out for the taxis. They are nuts

Things are happening

Ok. I'm not so good at this blog thing so I'm trying to get used to it by posting updates mostly for my own sake I suppose. I've been busy trying to get organised for my first trip out of this godforsaken country.

I've been calling on friends to give me advice on places to see and people to meet. Always looking for more advice though. If anyone who gets my annoying blog invite knows where I should go or who I should see in either New York or San Francisco, please let me know!
